A companion of sorts to GORT, ALTERNATIVE GORT, along with the Helix bot, was created out of a need to reduce lag caused by having so much running on a sh--ty Google Scripts file. ALTERNATIVE GORT's main purpose is to handle data-based requests, such as !leaderboard. It is planned to be deleted once a better alternative to Google Scripts is found.
